2. Eligibility

Our products are sold exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals, medical clinics, and authorized medical facilities. By placing an order or registering on our site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed physician, healthcare provider, or authorized representative of a medical facility;
• You are legally authorized to purchase, possess, and administer the products you order;
• You will use the products only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations;

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3.2 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion. We may require verification of your professional licensure prior to fulfilling any order.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and dry ice packaging fees will be added to your order total and disclosed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

3.4 Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless a credit account has been established in writing. A credit card processing fee may apply. We accept major credit cards and approved wire transfers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped from our Pompano Beach, Florida facility under appropriate cold-chain conditions. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Time-sensitive biologic products must be received and stored immediately upon delivery per the product's instructions for use.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the temperature-sensitive and regulated nature of our biologic products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation. Approved returns or replacements are at our sole discretion.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Our products are regulated human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps) subject to 21 CFR Part 1271 and applicable FDA guidelines. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that you are authorized under applicable law to order and use the products;
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Florida Statutes, regarding the purchase, storage, handling, and clinical use of biologics;
• Maintaining appropriate licensure and facility accreditation;
• Obtaining proper informed consent from patients as required by applicable law.
